Hinge Door Handle Heights can be altered to suit customers requirements though this is rarely a requirement.
The default handle height is 1000mm from the Sash Rebate Position (SRP - see below in green), which translates into approx. 1070mm from concrete if the frame is mounted directly onto the concrete floor and is not rebated, assuming the installer adds a 10mm packer beneath the frame.
As there are an wide range of rebate choices that can be made, depending on whether the door is on a concrete floor, rebated into it or not, (all of which is customizable), it is not possible to provide a default handle height relative to the floor level, but rather can only be expressed relative to the sash rebate position (SRP) in green in the drawing above.
